15 more hits for Central-15 more runs in Central win

Fifteen more hits for Central Arizna means fifteen more runs.

Mitchell Robinson and Brent Gibbs homered into the desert, Pikai Winchester had three hits including another double, Shane Potter went 2-2 with two rbi's and the Vaqueros piled up another fifteen runs for a league leading 134 runs in a 15-6 pounding of Thompson River for their 13th straight win.

Thirteen straight wins.

Robinson drove in three and now is second in the ACCAC, and scored three times. Winchester hit his team leading seventh double and drove in two.  Jaime Estrada doubled twice and Makoa Rosario, Chris Kobar, and Shane Potter each doubled.

Daily Carnes picked up his third win of the year firing the last two innings while striking out three and his 2016 ERA sits at 0.00.

"He is really throwing well" said Head Coach Anthony Gilich of Carnes. Look, the head coach won't give you any flowery language, because it's plain not necessary. Leave that up to the writers. Even that's a stretch.

Central now leads the ACCAC in doubles, bombs, RBI and others, but more importantly, wins.

Conference play starts this weekend with a DH versus Arizona Western at Signal Peak.
