The D1 NCAA early signing period takes place in the fall between November 8th and 15th. This fall, 8 Vaqueros have inked their commitments to D1 institutions for the 2018-2019 school year!

Nick Trogerlic-Iverson- Gonzaga
Nick had a great freshman year for the Vaqueros and worked hard this off season. He saw the rewards of his efforts this fall when he was contacted by a few of the top programs in the country. Nick decided to commit to Gonzaga and will compete in the West Coast Conference next spring. "Nick has had a tremendous work ethic since day 1 at Central. I have no doubt that he will contribute in a big way for the Zags next year."-Anthony Gilich.

Chris Diehl- Utah
Chris played a vital role in the Vaqueros post season run last year. Diehl, from Ft Collins, CO, was a consistent defender behind the plate and managed the pitching staff very well. "Chris has really earned the respect of everyone in the program. His work ethic and passion for development is second to none."- Anthony Gilich.

Jake Vander Wal- Long Beach State
Jake is heading to one of the most storied programs in the Big West Conference in Cal State Long Beach. Vander Wal came to Central from Grand Rapids, MI. "Vander Wal earned the everyday job in right field last season with his timely hitting and consistent outfield play. His ability to handle the bat, hit for power and play solid defense will surely add to an already talented program for the Dirtbags!" –Anthony Gilich.

Matthew Dyer- Arizona
Dyer comes to the Vaqueros via transfer from University of Oregon. A highly touted prospect and native of Phoenix, the U of A jumped at the opportunity to recruit Matt. "Matt is a special talent that I believe could play at any school in the nation! His athleticism and size is a combination we rarely see at this level. The U of A is getting a good one to say the least."- Anthony Gilich.

Grady Miller- San Diego
Grady Miller joins the Vaqueros from Wenatchee, WA. The 6'4 LHP starred as a freshman for Portland University. "Grady has great size and athleticism, but what we are most excited about is his competiveness. He absolutely hates to lose. When he is on the mound, we feel confident that he will do anything to win!"- Anthony Gilich.

Reagan Teegarden- Virginia Tech
Reagan comes to Central from Bellevue, WA. Teegarden spent his freshman year at WSU before transferring this fall. "Reagan is a versatile player who can really play defense. He has the ability to handle the bat and we believe he will fit in well at Virginia Tech!"- Anthony Gilich

Brett Harris- Gonzaga
Brett joins the Vaqueros from Arlington Heights, IL. Brett had a great fall and caught the eyes of a few schools across the country. "Brett is a good athlete who is highly competitive. He consistently gives us good AB's and plays a solid third base. He will also be a threat on the base paths with his athleticism."- Anthony Gilich.

Matt Dalke- Utah Valley
Dalke pitched at North Canyon High School in Phoenix. The RHP threw well this fall and caught the attention of multiple schools on the west coast. Matt committed to Utah Valley of the Western Athletic Conference. "Matt is a strike thrower and competitor. The bigger the situation the better Matt seems to perform. We expect that his success here will carry over to UVU."- Anthony Gilich.
