Gilbert Kigen led the Vaqueros with a first place finish in the Region championships. Coach Tavares was very pleased with the performance of the team. We held out 3 of our top 5 runners for this meet and still only scored 22 points, this was  a great accomplishment. 

The CAC men went 1,2,4,6,9,10 and 12th place.  Vaqueros have a strong mix of sophomore, and freshman runners. 

The Vaqueros will finish up the season on November 12th at the NJCAA NAtional Cross COuntry Championships, which are to be held in Kansas.
