CAC Baseball used a 5 run 2nd inning and a 7 run 5th inning to run rule Langley Blaze 12-1. The win brings CAC's record to 26-8 on the season.
In the 2nd, Brad Holland had a RBI double down the left field line and Nashea Diggs had a two RBI single. In the 5th inning, Manny Ramirez had a two RBI double.
Jared Koenig (4-0) picked up the win in relief. Dillon Bigcrane, Koenig and Carlos Rodriguez combined to strikeout 11 Langley Blaze batters. Rodriguez finished the game striking out 5 batters.
Freddy Ramos went 3 for 3 with a 2B and an RBI. Diggs was 3 for 4 on the day with 3 RBI's, 2 runs scored and 2 stolen bases.
CAC returns to conference play on Tuesday with a DH versus Mesa at MCC.
